Default Keyless Entry Range Adjustment???

I have an 06 SS, with the keyless entry and remote start, however the range is very, very, very, low. It only works (on both keys) if you are with a foot or two of the driver door. I looked through the manual and didn't find anything as far as an adjustment to the range. I have put new batteries in the clicker, but no luck...

Anyone know anything about this?

yes, you can go to dealer and tell them- they will replace the module and antenna in the car and it will now work ALOT better.
Theres a few threads on this.
Known problem on the 06's and some 07's.
The problem was know for a while, but about 1 month ago the fix was released to dealers. so go on down and get your fix for free.
