hi everybody new here. Ihave a 3800 engines with a slight knock in it.i took the oil pan off and turned the engine clockwise.there is a slight knock at exactly the same position every time it goes around , when i turn it really slow when it gets to the spot, its like it gets to a high point then something releases and makes the noise.i took the cover off the intake manifold the springs and rocker arms look fine when i checked the oil pan and rocker arms there were no metal filing .i check the main bearings and the rod bearings everything seems fine nothing is lose or anything like that so i do not know what is wrong with this thing, please help

 

What about the balance shafts? Did the 3800 have them for 2004?
