Odd problem with Power windows

If there's two wires to motor I believe it is :
Light green is + and Purple is - when window UP
Purple is + and Light green is - when window DOWN
During switch actuation check ground resistance between purple and known good ground , should be low , Also possible is + voltage under load drops off .
