Passlock 2 Problem.. Need help

Passlock 2 Problem.. Need help
Car won't start. I bypass the passlock by cutting the yellow wire in the ignition and connected the one going into to BCM to the black wire with 2.2k ohm resistor between them. Now i am trying to reset the system but the security light won't go off even after 30 min way. Please help???
