changed my ignition switch and key lock cylinder. Passlock won't reset.

Leave the ignition switch on for 20 minutes, see if that does it. I assume you have a different chip key. There are 15 different variations. I replaced mine a couple years ago, had the new key cut for the switch with the same resistor.
