Default Rubber from front right wheel coming off on body

Hi I own a 2006 chevy impala that i recently purchased. I have started to notice that on the right side front fender what seems to be melted rubber is sprayed a bit on the side almost as if the rubber from the front right wheel is coming off when i drive and getting flung on the right side fender, is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this? Every time i clean it off its back after i drive it

Not sure what kind of driving style you have but if you spin the tires the rubber has to go somewhere. If you dont maybe someone else who drives it does. Even if you excellerate fast if you have soft rubber tires it can rip off and fly onto the body.

It could be from a bad alignment, but it would have to be really really bad. You would also notice the tire wearing out quickly. Do you Armoral the tires alot?

Never armorall the tires but i do happen to spin them sometimes not intentionally but it happens. Their doesnt seem to be any uneven wear on the tires but honestly im not too sure what to look for.
