Truck won't start!!

I have a 2000 chevy c3500HD, engine starts, but won't run, replaced the ignition switch and harness, still does same thing, starts but won't stay running, has a code P1626, which is key/passlock code, replaced passlock module, did the 30 minute re-learn, still the same thing, starts, but won't run. This truck doesn't have a body control module, so where do I look next? ECM?
