Trunk opens when turned on
My trunk on my 2019 Chevy Impala randomly opens when I turn my car on or off it’s not me pressing the key as it’s on a lanyard on my neck I’ve red all the forums and can’t find any solutions to this can anyone help plz?

I've had that issue on my 15 Malibu, Changed it to a metal locking unit, not plastic, and it works good now. I love my Bu'!
