recentley in the past 2-3 weeks ive been hearing this wierd sounds from my engine bay.. it sounds like a spuddering or a weedwacker sort of sound ive checked everything from the engine but theres no leaks or anything.. i havent tooken it to autozone for diagnostics.. but i think it might be my radiator.. not sure.. my temp stat has always been under the halfway mark but now its always at the halfway mark or above it.. i researched and people say its normal? i have no idea. any info would be really apreciated.. pics can be tooken if need.

yeah i can get a video.
but when i start it up the engine and everything sounds fine.. no wierd sounds.. but then i put it in drive and ounce i start driving 10mph+ i start hearing this sound like a spuddering sound.. like i said before.. it gets really high pitched when i get on the highway.. but it doesnt effect the driving of the car at all. i will get video today. i checked the front tire wheel whells and nothing is hanging or hitting anything.

 

i had an 03 with same engine, it would sound like sputtering, more like pinging. i found out that it was the quality of gas i used.i would use shell andit would ping up a hill in second and third. iswitched to chevron, on same hill and nothing.i'm not sure this is you'r prob,but it shouldn't be anything serious, mine from 8 to 78,000 miles no problem. good car.
