1972 k5 cranks but does not start

i have a 1972 k5 blazer that will not start recently changed the starter and timing chain it cranks and am now getting spark and fuel and timing is right on the distributor and engine at tdc is right with the gears so what should i do to get it started idk it is a hard problem to figure out just need some ideals so if u have any plz let m know thank you very much

go ahead and pull your distributor rotate 180 degrees and drop it back in sounds like your 180 out probably timed it off the wrong valve stroke when you replaced the timing chain happends alot easy to do goodluck
