1990 K-5 Blazer 5.7L starts then stalls when cold...help!
When cold it starts then stalls over and over again and will not stay running until completely warm. The only code I could pick up was a "12" which Im pretty sure means normal operation mode. Ive changed the sparksplugs, wires, distributor cap & rotor, and fuel filter and still does the same thing. I had oil problems last summer so i think it could be the oil pressure sensor/switch. However, since it only runs well when completely warmed up tells me that it could be the coolant temp. switch. Am I on the right track? If so, where are these switch/sensors located and how can I varify if they are functioning properly?

I've no idea what the problem could be but I was able to find a drawing for you:
