I like the sway bar idea! Are they installed front and rear? I have not been doing anything too crazy as far as burnouts or hod rodding. Mainly because I just bought it and I am not sure if this motor will hold up yet. The guy I got it from said the motor was rebuilt a year ago ( or so ) but I have since found some things that concern me. Possibly lack of experience or just plain lack of concern! Either way the signs on this motor has convinced me that it was put together by an incompetent person!!!!

check the oil guage, if at psi or greater, bottom end is goo, after that do a compression test, all cylinders should be at 150 psi or higher and no more than 20 psi variance,if it passes that then u have a good basis, also if it doesnt blow smoke then awesome, u have the good foundation to start with. i just swapped the front sway bar, most blazers didnt have q rear, but suburbans did and i want to find the rear from 1. another good mod, is a power assist setup from a late 70's 1/2 ton diesel, it uses the power steering pump to power the brakes, along with the larger disks, make stopping waaay better, like a new car would stop

Hell yea. As far as my guages they are not working correctly right now and as soon as I am able to walk again after my surgury I will be installing and aftermarket set! Then I will be checking all the cylinders and such. Thanks
