Default 700r4 rolls when in park

i have an 84 blazer that rolls when its in park can anyone tell me how to fix this

I know what is wrong with it it is your parking pin. I am not sure how to fix it though hopefully somone can help you out.

I understand you have a problem with the pin but 2 words " Parking Brake" I have been told the pin is not made to hold a vehicle on an incline.
I woke up one morning and found my wifes 04 Tahoe in the middle of the street, she did not set the brake and somehow it rolled itself down the driveway. She uses it now after that, even on flat ground,lol. That was scary, what if some kid was in the way riding his bike.

Default parking pin

i read on a different site that maybe its the linkage do you thnk that makes any sense and i bought the blazer for $250 with this problem

Mine does The same thing. I just take it out of park and put it back in with a little bit more force and it stays. Probably not the smartest thing to do but it works
