Default 79-82 K5 Blazer

So, I had an '88 Honda Civic which I TRADED for a '79 Blazer. The guy I got it from put a 350 from an '82 in it. It has a few issues, but one I cant figure out is, WHERE DOES THE DARN VACUUM HOSE FROM THE TH350 MODULATOR GO?!

I'm sure that has something to do with my rough shifting? but right now I hear a bunch of grinding and whining and clanking.

any help?

really don't know where that damn hose goes.

thanks for any help in advance!

Some where on the carburator there will be little vaccum ports, they should be plugged with rubber caps, im not sure what carburator you have but if its a holley the ports are on the back of the carb. doesn't matter what port you pick. Heres what you wanna look for:

there is a vacum nipple right behind the carb, it sticks strait up for the trans, and it is why you have hard shifting. i dissconnect mine once in a while to firm up my shifts for shock value when hauling my friends
