Default Auto 2 Manual SWAP!

I have a lifted 1990 K5. I got it stock 3 months ago and did all the work (pic attached) My automatic ran low on fluid and I lost 3rd and 4th. I want to do a auto2 manual swap and want to know my options. I am considering buying a parts truck to do the swap. I am not sure what years or model to look for. I dont care if its cable of hyd setup as long as it works. Iknow it has to be a 4x4 model and I think I want to look for an 80's model? I am not sure the model of the tranny I need or transfer case. I know I will need bellhousing, master cyl, slave cyl, flywheel, clutch and possibly starter? I was looking at this tech article http://www.coloradok5.com/auto2manual.shtmlIf anyone can tell me exactly what I need to get as far as year truck or tranny model that would be a huge help as I dont really know the chevy trucks that good but have done auto 2 manual swaps on cars before. Thanks!! Eric
