Default need factory Spare Tire mount

I need to find a stock spare tire mount for the inside of my 1992 k5 Blazer. I just the full size spare that suppose to be with the blazer but no mount for it. I also need the tire cover. I checked ebay and late model resto sites i could not find the mount. Thanks in advance for any help.

I hope that everyone will have a Happy New Year.
