have a 78 350 running on a new msd electronic dizzy new wires and plugs gaps checked firing order confirmed timing checked have a continues back fire exhaust side only idle to throttle removed pipes ran straight headers same issue unsure of whats going on help ? also seems to be on driver side cylinder bank specifically haven't cracked open heads yet no fluid mixing so far or loss
