I have 05 Maxx with a CD jammed in the CD player. There istwoerror codes "check CD" "no CD" on the display when you press either the source button or the eject button. Any tips on how to remove it?

Also the rear wiper arm is broken. The piece that attaches to the shaft of the wipe motor is not engaging with the shaft properly and works kinda sporadically. How do I remove the arm from the shaft to replace it?

 

Try removing the radio fuse for a few seconds, if it mechanically jammed, no idea.
