06 Malibu Power Steering
Hello,
My 06 malibu has lost its electronic power steering. The torque sensor has gone bad. I know how to replace it and im seeing that it has to be recalibrated by a pricey scan tool. My question is does anyone know a way around the scan tool? Some sort of hack? $$ is really tight right now and Im sick of no p.s.
I saw where pins 4 and 9 were jumped with a wire but that was for a Honda. I mean the pins where you plug in a scanner. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
