I walked out and my car had gotten broken into. The OBD2 port is there, a couple of square black relays (blinkers?) are still there, but my question is in relation to a wide white connector that doesn't have anything going to it.

Do you know what that could be and what could have been connected to it?

Could someone possibly take a picture under their dash with their phone so I can see what a normal underside looks like? In my pic here the yellow circles are what was snipped, do they just splice back to each other? The red circle is the white connector I'm talking about.

Any help is appreciated to an already crappy day.
