ok So trying to get all the kinks knocked out of my New 90 chevy silverado (New to me)but after overlooking everything I came across this..im ASSUMING its some sort of Vacuum line which i would like to get fixed/replaced or looked at asap...

here is a photo of it

<a href="http://s21.photobucket.com/albums/b280/hrdkrtazz/?action=view&current=DSCI0072.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i21.photobucket.com/albums/b280/hrdkrtazz/DSCI0072.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

its under the air filter next to two other vaccum type lines on i believe that is the throttle body?...soo where does it go to??
