Default 2002 Chev Malibu issue with tripping fuse when turn on a/c or heater

I changed out the a/c heater blow motor and blower resistor with same result. It is fuse 37. I'm frustrated. Any ideas?
Thanks. Mike

fuse 37 is for the a.c compressor clutch and bcm ignition 1 circuit not the blower motor and resistor. what do you turn on that blows the fuse? if its only the a.c....check the compressor clutch and compressor

Actually, the fuse blows whether it is the a/c or heater is turned on. The blower fan does continue to run though.
Thanks.
