My Malibu rpm will go from 4000 to 3000 and back very rapidly while driving or in park. When this happens the lights dim and come back up. also seems like I'm getting some kind of electrical surge as the lights get super bright, the air / heat fan goes so fast it feels like it will just blow up. Any idea's what would cause this? Thanks in advance
