I have a 2003 Chevy Malibu. A few years ago I started having problems with my A/C, it kept turning on and off. Then the A/C would not work on fan speed 1. Then it would not work on 2. Fan would continue to blow but it sounded like the a/c compressor was turning on/off constantly. Had it worked on and was told it was the Body Control Module. Still would not work. Now this year the A/C will not work on fan speed 3. Also my electic windows would not go down after getting in the car. It takes about 5-10 minutes of driving the car before my A/C will work and windows will go down.

Took the car in again and they replaced some wires. Windows now work by A/c still does not.

 

Check the relays for the AC compressor and cooling fans, they could be going bad.
