I have a 2007 Chevrolet Malibu 3.5. I have had ALL KINDS of problems out of this car. The computer was replaced long before I bought it. I have had to change idler pulley.. Serpentine belt.. Altenator.. Battery.. Thermostat.. Radiator.. Overflow cap.. Water pump.. Brakes calipers and rotors TWICE.. Among other things I'm forgetting right off the top of my head.. When the thermostat was going bad my heat and AC quit.. When I changed the thermostat heat came back AC never did.. My cruise control only works sometimes.. When I go by speed traps it causes my Speedometer to tick instead of slowly going up.. My brake lights will stay on alot and when I hit the brakes the lights will go off.. It's been fun to say the least.. But now on top of all that quirky stuff my car wouldn't start when I was trying to leave the store the other day.. Had to get a ride and leave the car.. Came home read about the ongoing problems with anti-theft system so I went back to my car reset the anti theft system and it started right up.. Drove it 2 or 3 times.. Everything was fine.. Left for work one day and not far up the road just a few miles my car just quit while driving down the road .. Tried to reset the anti theft system cuz that's what I assumed the issue was at the time but it wouldn't start.. Had to get it towed home.. Next day starts just fine.. I haven't drove it since tho.. So today I hooked an OBD2 reader to it.. It wouldn't connect but Auto Zone and Oriellys both can't connect to my car.. Advanced can.. Anyways the OBD2 wouldn't connct but the SRS did and threw 9 codes.. The first 5 all had to do with the airbags.. Then I got B1325 Control Module power circut low voltage and B1370 Contol Module Ignition On & Start Circut Low Voltage U2100 CAN BUS communication U2103 Fewer Controllers on BUS than Programmed. Can anyone tell me what in the WORLD I have to fix now?? Mind you.. I've owned this car for 2 years.. It has cost me THOUSANDS.
