I need the vehicle to pass emissions to register from out of state. The car keeps throwing a P0411 code. Originally I replaced the pump and it wouldn't go away, then I replaced the valve and pressure sensor and the new pump stb so I replaced that with a second one. I checked with a scan tool on startup that the pressure increases with cold start and drops to barometric pressure once the pump switches off but it keeps throwing the code after a couple of cold starts and not enough time to set the other emissions checks and parameters. Is this residual and if so is there any way I can clear the residual data so it can start fresh other than just clearing the codes?
