So I just picked one of these up...
I am hoping to get some feedback when I press the button on the door to unlock/lock.
I am unable to locate anything in the vehicle's system, so I think I am out of luck.
Anyone have any tricks?

What do you mean to get feedback? The button on the doors is for unlock and lock. Mine works fine I have a 2016 Malibu with 17.7k miles on it that i bought this past summer, it only had 7k miles.
Recently one of the doors stopped working, then started to work again. It could've been the weather as I live in Michigan and it tends to be cold, which that is also electronic components in the handle..
