My wife has a 97 malibu. It is a 4 cyc and has 105,000 miles. A couple of months ago she was having problems with it. Sometimes when she got in her car and started driving it, it would just turn off. She could put it in park and start it back. So, I replaced the fuel pump relay. This seemed to fix the problem. It had not cut off for two months.Then yesterday it turned off on her again. Once again she put it in park and started it back. Does anybody know what else could cause her car to just shut off?
