Disabling ANC

Disabling ANC
I have a 22 chevy malibu base model. I recently installed subwoofers and amp. I have pulsing like a heartbeat as soon as I start the car with the doors closed. With doors open it goes away. How Do I disable ANC. Or should I drive with my door open.
