just got done with a head gasket job on my 1999 Malibu and I have triple necked everything. However, when I go to start it the starter only clicks once and the electronics go haywire. Lights and dash and radio all flash and the odometer and speedometer twitch back and forth. I’ve checked the wiring harness and everything looks like it’s where it’s supposed to be however she’s a no go!
what did I do wrong here? Any feedback is appreciated!
