When the car start, gas leak from the 3 rust speckles(see the pics), I don't know the exactly location and how the rusts form? The 3 rust speckles have 2,30 cm high from fuel tank bottom.
And how to repair it?

In belgium they have a game like that on television. They show you an extreme detail of something and then everyone has to guess what exactly it is. You can actually win 500 euro's with it.

this seems a lot like one of those games.
There are 2 things i would like to tell you...
1) if you have a gas leak, the stupidest thing to do, is get under your car and use a FLASH to take pictures.
2) if you take pictures of a part of your car. Take first a detail picture and then a picture from further away so that we see where exactly it is in the engine.

What I see about those pictures is that your car is a bomb on wheels. I'm guessing it even runs on LPG?

If you want our help, you have to take a picture from further away. But please be carefull. Leaking gas is a lot more dangerous then most people let you believe...
