Laptop (Jotto-type) Desk in a 2013?

I want to buy one of these after market desks but I hate "univeral mounts" and wanted something with a made-for-the-car bracket. Are the 2013 Malibu seat (bolts?( different then the Impala you think? I bet they are--damn!
