lockout on stereo

Default lockout on stereo
I got the stereo stolen out of my 2004 malibu which I had installed last year. I went to Pick n Pull and got a stock one. It plugged right in I turned it on and it worked for about a half second then it quit and say's LOC on the LED. How do I get it to work? Thanks, Woody

bring it to the dealer and have them unlock it with the Tech2
