Noticed the other day when the temp was about 0 when I started up my '12 Malibu to warm up that there was a buzzing from under the hood...the noise was accentuated when I moved the steering wheel. Haven't had this issue except in this brutal cold weather. Any ideas? Still under warranty, so I'm all ears...
