I have a 2009 Malibu. When i am driving at night my tail lights do not come on but the brake lights works without any problems. How do i tell if I need to replace the bulb or the fuse. Also there is a little jingling sound that i am hearing when i drive over a bump. What could that be from?

 

The brake lights and tail lights are on different circuits. Test or replace the fuses. You can test the bulbs with a meter.
