what tool/software is used when you change a pcm on a vehicle for another one, and have that new pcm programed so it will work with the vehicle?.. the reason I ask this is cuz there is only one guy in my area that those that kind of work and is ripping people off since he is the only one that those it.. even the biggest shops on the area call this guy to do that job when they need it..
