1992 chevy lumina has an oil leak and i think that it is coming from the valve covers

Default 1992 chevy lumina has an oil leak and i think that it is coming from the valve covers

like i said the oil leak i think is coming from the valve cover does anyone have this problem with their 90-94 lumina 3.1

Valve cover gaskets can fail. Just change the gasket. It'll take you an hour tops if you know what you are doing and there isn't a birdnest of brittle vacuum lines laying on top of it.

put some new valve cover gaskets on it and check out the distributor port/cap the ring might be out mine was leaking but i got it fixd. use mr gasket valve cover gaskets the first set i used were some cheapo brand and they lasted a month or so.
