Hello to all. I have a 1997 Lumina base with 99000 plus miles on a 3.1 engine. I have just replaced the pressure side of my power steering hose and its operating much better. I went to get it inspected, my problem is that the inspection station will not pass my vehicle due to rust on the unibody/ frame. I asked him if it was my struts and he says no, he said i can get some of the areas welded..is that very expensive since i got a great deal for my car. i due get a thunking noise on the rear part of the car. What do you suggest, i love my car.. and i didnt want to part with it.. Please Help!!!

 

buy a welder, some steel and learn how to weld, and remember it isnt about who welds the pretiest, it is about who can do the best grind-job
