Had a 2000 Chevy Lumina for a few years and I'm getting tired of having frozen feet. Heat will come out of the main dash vents and the defrost but not the floor. Is this a servo problem in the control plates where the air is redirected? Or is this an electrical issue? Please point me in the right direction.
