my wifes 2000 lumina will not start using the key. it will start by jumping across the selonoid. i had the starter and battery tested and the checked good. i have checked all the connections and fuses i can find. it will not start in either neutral or park. it has been offered that the starter relay is bad but i can't find it, can anyone help?

 

i think the relay is in the fuse box under the hood but it my be your ingnition switch as well

 

Check your fuses by the glovebox.I had a 2000 with the exact same problem and one of the fuses was blown.
