Default 96 Lumina will not turn over

96 Lumina 3.1 engine will not turn over from the key but will if I jump it at the starter. It will start then die. I checked all of the fuses and swapped some of the ignition relays around and it still does the same. Anyone have any ideals of what is going on with this? Thanks for the help

Welcome to the forum. It sounds like you may have a PASS-Key II problem. Is the SECURITY light on? Try a spare key?
