is the heater core plugged up or something or else something or else none at all or does the car have ac and there is oil from the ac which has leaked on the ac thingy on the firewall and blocking air flow does it have strong air flow or is it weak is this r12 or r134a or who knows can you answer this.

Are you saying it blows cold air through all the vents or doesn't blow any air at all. If it only blows cold air it could be a clogged heater core as stated. Check the hoses going into the heater at the firewall. If both are equally hot then the core is not clogged. If one is hotter than the other then it is clogged. If the heater core is good then you need a blend door actuator.

When you set it to blow through the vents, does it stop blowing through the defrost?
