Angry Anybody please help wit my 2000 monte carlo

well im a college student and money is really tight. my 2000 monte carlo ss 3.8L with 185,000 miles on it keeps dieing out on me at idle, sometimes when braking/slowing down, or when driving. my check engine light came on and it read the MAF sensor was bad. i changed the sensor and it still cuts off and the check engine light is not on anymore but the problem still exists. i've changed the air filter, fuel filter, and now the mass airflow sensor. some people have said change the spark plugs and wires since i havent done that since i acquired the car at 107,000 miles. (NOW 185,000miles) and some have said try cleaning the air intake with a carb cleaner, and change the ignition relay. the car started this problem last summer but stop happening when the winter months came. now since the seasons are approaching summer months again the problem has come back. ANYBODY PLEASE HELP.
