Clutch Fork and Hydraulic Pushrod don't line up

Clutch Fork and Hydraulic Pushrod don't line up
I purchased a 1987 monte carlo and dropped my engine into the car and the Clutch Fork is 1" higher then the clutch hydraulic push rod.. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
