Default Monte Carlo Z34

Having issues with starting. Been acting up last week or so, will hesitate after acc is turned on but when you turn over for ignition nothing! tried jumping it and no success. think it is the starter, solenoid or/and relay. battery is not dead. alternator is good and puttin out power. definitely not the extra key. been acting up and finally today after work did not start at all! any suggestions would be appreciated?
