Default Seafoam in PCV

Got a Lumina LTZ 3.1L with 118,000 on it, Anybody done this before? Ive used sf in my sleds, atvs, and car fuel systems but ive never poured it into the PCV as they suggest. Is this ok to do, along with putting it in the crank? And for the PCV, should i pour the correct amount in and wait for it to stall, or turn if off for the 5 mins they suggest. Thanks

I have used Sea foam Directly into the Throttle Body with much success. Sucking it through the PCV Is pretty much the same thing. Not sure what the can says exactly but when i did it kept the RPM up high enough so the motor didn't cut off.
