07 Chevy Tahoe exhaust size?

I'm wanting to build a cat back for my Tahoe. But I wasn't sure what size the stock exhaust pipe is. This my first exhaust build so any tips or recommendations would be nice.

Thanks for the welcome. Do you have any idea of the exhaust size? Just wanted to know so I can get everything I need before I start cutting.

I just took my calipers out and measured the outside diameter of the exhaust pipe just before the resonator and got 2.79 inches or ~ 2-3/4 inches

2 3/4" is correct. But if your aren't equipped to measure the pipe OD, are you sure you want to start cutting, bending, and welding?
