Default 08 Silverado 4.8l overheating Need help asap

My 2008 Silverado is running hot up to 260 degrees, my check engine light is on, the code is p1258, I'm getting lights such as engine hot a/c turned off, engine hot idle engine, change engine oil, service stabiltrac, service traction control, and engine power reduced, both fans are running and have both high and low speeds, I lose my heater when the engine gets hot, I replaced the thermostat, replaced the ect sensor, both upper and lower radiator hoses are hot. Any idea whats wrong here?

Do you have a leak in the coolant system? Is the coolant level low? Could be the water pump or a clogged radiator. Really need more information.
