What was the original grind on a 1967 block casting 3896948 G19 8, 195 hp 283 with 3884520 heads (1.72" intake "1.50" exhaust) 2 bbl carb? I have found this cam p/n 3733431 that shows intake and exhaust lift at .399, intake and exhaust duration at 300 but cannot find what the LSA is. I cannot seem to find something that is close to this. Does anyone make the original stock grind and if so what is the p/n? Thanks.

Might get more views in the forum sections that cover the vintage cars that the engine came in. I didn't know they were still using the 283 block in 1967.

There are several books dealing w/ SBC engines out there. Might be what you're looking for in one of them.
