2008 Chevy Equinox wont start used meter reader it gives a code of 0P627 help
My 2008 Chevy Equinox will start but not turn over it just clicks. I put the meter reader on it and it gave me a code 0P627 says something about the fuel pump harness. Can anyone give me some direction???

the code sets when the pcm detects the fuel pump circuit is open. either the pump is bad or the wiring is open/high resistance. the first step is to check the fuse pump fuse in the underhood fuse box. if its blown replace it. if it continues to blow now or at a later date...either the wiring or pump is shorted.
if the fuse is good. check for power at the fuel pump connector. disconnect it and it should have battery voltage for 2 seconds after the key is turned to run.
